CANCELLATION POLICY
Glow Up understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
* After 2 ‘ no shows ‘ – full payment of your treatment upfront will be required when booking.
LATENESS POLICY
Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this will be considered a ‘ no show ‘ and your deposit will be forfeited
* If you arrive late ( less than 15 minutes late ) we may have to reschedule if we are unable to complete your treatment within the scheduled time slot.
Glow Up understands that accidents and emergencies happen and prevent 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Salon members are given one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute scheduling, or no shows.
IDEMNITY
Without derogating from the generality of any of the provisions hereof, GlowUp shall not at any time be liable for any claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage which may be sustained by the Customer in connection with the use of the Products and the Customer hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless GlowUp and its Affiliates against all such claims.
